Reflexology

Reflexology dates back thousands of years. It was first practiced by the Ancient Egyptians, Chinese and the Japanese to promote good health.
Reflexology is a pressure therapy applied to the feet and hands. It is based on the principle that there are thousands of tiny nerves within the soles of the feet, called reflexes.
These correspond to every organ, structure and function in the human body. When these are stimulated using the thumb and the index finger of the practitioner, the patient will fell a deep relaxation.
Reflexology can be beneficial in treating all age groups and all disorders. Reflexology can complement the health care given by your GP. It can assist in the treatment of both acute and chronic conditions and is especially helpful in post operative care.
